Abstract
In the United States, cyberspace is a world that is very important in all sectors of peoples lives. The virtual world provides information distribution and is a vital communication medium, both for the government, trade, academia and private sectors. The virtual world in the United States supports hundreds of trillions of very important transactions, such as electricity grid services, sanitation, health services, law enforcement, and emergency calls. For the US government, information technology is very important for almost everything, such as communication and sharing information in daily work, research and development, collaboration with educational institutions and the private sector, command and control in the military, intelligence work, and logistical, managerial work , and administrative government. Second, for the United States military, they are very dependent on global networks. The United States military global cyber network consists of 15,000 local networks and 7 million computers connected by more than 100,000 telecommunications circuits throughout the world. Meanwhile, the spread of the use of information technology and computer networks which later became the center of US strategy also caused its own problems. Dependence on cyberspace results in exploitation of the fragility of the United States. This has the potential to provide an opportunity for opponents to obtain important knowledge such as plans, capabilities, and military operations of the United States. In certain cases, opponents can even disrupt communication and disrupt the civil and economic infrastructure of the community. This study aims to comprehensively understand the importance of cyberspace in US foreign policy. By using qualitative methods researchers will analyze in depth the virtual world priorities for the United States, especially in its foreign policy.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness and function of the Asean Way as a universal norm and principles held firmly by the 10 ASEAN member countries, especially those related to the Non-Interference Principle which is currently becoming a dilemma in solving problems in Myanmar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, which is a comprehensive method with the aim of finding comprehensive data on the functions of Asean Way as Norm of ASEAN. Asean Way, especially the principle of Non-interference which should be the best way to resolve all problems for Asean member countries, is now considered to be one of the weak points which later becomes a dilemma with ASEAN member countries, so that in its development the principle cannot provide concrete solutions in overcoming various problems that occur in ASEAN. This has been seen in recent years, particularly the role of ASEAN through its non-interference principle in Myanmar which shows ASEANs lack of credibility in resolving resolutions that have not been resolved resolved as in resolving human rights violations especially related to Rohing ethnicity in Myanmar

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to enrich the international law concept of self determinations. As the right of a nation to determine its own destiny, it can even become an independent state. The study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through literature studies. The results showed that the concept of self determinations, as the right of a nation to determine its own destiny, it can even become an independent state get a challenge in Kurds case. Independence is the right of all nations. So what is experienced by the Kurds in the Middle East region is irony. One of the biggest ethnic groups that is overlooked by injustice. A large nation but does not have the power to establish a country. The inhibiting factors come from internal and external. Internally, we can see that the Kurds are separate and scattered in several countries; Turkey, Syria and Iraq, each with their own ideals. Whereas for the external comes from the discrimination of the countries they occupy. This study concludes that international law introduces the concept of self determinations. As the right of a nation to determine its own destiny, it can even become an independent state. However, it is not easy to apply this principle, bearing in mind that every country that exists has the sovereignty that they always maintain. This is an important finding to affirm the importance of ke concept of self determinations in international relations studies.
